First things first! Always get pre-approved by a lender.  If you do not have one currently, we will point you in the direction of several to choose from.  After all, you have to know what you can afford before you go shopping. There will be no tears on our watch!

Give us your top priorities, that you can't live without and we will make sure you get them (within reason, don't get crazy)!

Under Contract


One we find "the one", you'll need to put a deposit down to secure the contract. Ask us how this works!

Inspections & Appraisal


Once your contract is finalized, you may opt for a home inspection.  This will allow you to have a full understanding of the homes condition.  If you are obtaining a mortgage, an appraisal will be required. The appraisal will determine the value of the home.
